Politics can cause cancer?
Okay, I don't really believe that, but the news about Fred Thompson makes me wonder given the other recent stories about cancer and political figures.
I did spend five years working in the Giuliani administration. Granted, this fact doesn't make me a political figure, but maybe politics is like second-hand smoke: Just being around it can have grave consequences.
