30 minutes, 5 times a week
The evidence is mounting. The gym really isn't an option for me-- it is a requirement. Just like that everyday Tamoxifen pill and regular visits to the Onc.
For some reason I feel the need to add the fact that for my entire adult life I was a clean-living vegetarian, with regular bouts of exercise. And no family history of any kind of cancer.
So go figure. But at the end of the workday when I'm thinking of skipping the gym, I have to remind myself that I don't have that luxury.
